DeGaray Dolls

Great news! :D I've recently been in contact with Doll Artistry Magazine - which is a new magazine for doll fans of all kinds! It covers artist dolls, BJDs, Reborns... all sorts really - yay! The super-awesome part is: Issue #2 will feature my *new* Boot tutorial for BJDs, with lots of clear pictures and explanations! The method shown is for MSD size (as modelled by the lovely DZ Kimi in my post of 7th March) and it can easily be adapted for other size dolls too. These are some rough sketches I did last night Outfit designs for a Doll I am planning to make. She comes from a story I am writing, and she is a Raven-Witch, so the ravens theme is a strong one, hence all the feather shapes ;) . I'm still deciding on her name and still have things to finalise in her story beginning but I will post some of the text within the next few days. I've yet to work up colour schemes, details and such, just wanted to get a feel for her character and shapes at this early stage.   So with out further ado, here are the initial rough sketches - it's all just ideas and work in progress at the moment! ;)
